I thought it wasn't going to fit at first, but after a few weeks of useing it, it loosened a little bit. Very good quality! Worth the steep price :)

Shoes came in earlier than expected and are greatly made and beautiful to look at. I bought the wide version as I am a size 13 and most cycling shoes are narrow the fit was great for the most part except Bonts 13 is more like a 14 and I was looking for more room in the toe box and I got it but the shoe is just to long and the strap is maxed out I can’t get it tight and the pulley is maxed out so I can’t get shoes to stay on as they are to loose. I did use them once and they are very very unforgiving the hardest shoe I have ever worn. They do deliver power if I was able to use them they would be awesome but now they are just to look at as bont doesn’t do returns

So far the + is light, stiff, and efficient so no complaints there. The width is an upgrade an appreciated on hot days although it's nice on cooler days as well. The closure system has been robust, comfortable, and 'locked in' around the forefoot. My only complaint is I'd likely go a half size down based on the 'at home' measurements that landed me on the upper side of that choice--personally I'm finding the fit a bit long front to back but that's really just a sizing issue.
Big disapointment: Not very moldable and terrible for wide feet
Posted by Joshua Michael McGehee on 20th May 2021
I ordered a couple of different wide sizes to make sure I go the right one. These shoes don't really work as advertised, and have some general short-comings along with ones that are specific to me.
1.) Not very moldable. I maybe manages to finagle 5 mm out of them, hardly enough to make them fit my foot well, even with insoles.
2.) The boa system is awardly designed. The anchor point is not near the top of the enclosure, so tightening meant all of the material between the shoe opening and the anchor point bunched up.
Specific to me:
1.) Not nearly wide enough. And not wide compared to other shoe brand. The wides I bought were narrow compared to non-wide Shimano and Specialized shoes in the same size.
2.) Not enough volume. Though the last might be considered wide, there's not nearly enough material in the shoe to fit a larger foot in. You had better have dainty bones.
8 out of 10 would not recommend.
Upgrade from old shoes!

Been wearing the shoes the past month. Well designed with good quality materials. "Cooking " in the oven was easy and gave a great fit. The surprise was that no matter how long I wear biking my feet are not sore or fatigued.
No more foot pain!

Great shoes! I've suffered for years from cycling shoes that are too narrow and cause quite a bit of foot pain and pressure points. Been riding for the last couple of months with the new shoes and have had zero foot pain or numbness. Really high quality shoes and the heat molding allowed me to get a perfect fit!
Wow, never going back to pointy-toe cycling shoes.

I got my new Bont Riot +s and love them! The toe box is the most natural feeling cycling shoe I’ve ever had. Never thought I’d say “natural” and “cycling shoe” in the same sentence lol. They are super light and the power transfer and response is incredible. The size calculator tool worked great and the craftsmanship and quality are excellent. Now I’m going to sell my pointy-toed MTB shoes and replace them with Riot + MTBs too. Just wanted to thank you for a great product and innovative design.
By Far Exceeds Expectations

Honestly did not expect at all how good this Bont Cycling shoes were going to be. I was nervous because I had them shipped to Mexico but it was not a problem and they arrived before schedule. Size-wise, I was using 44 and my Sidi’s were a bit loose, Bont’s 44 were perfect, not loose nor tight, really perfect.
Just opening them I was amazed, even more when I heat molded them and took them out for my first ride. Truly fits like a sock. Don’t think I’ll ever change brand again.
Just love them!

I’ve been using my Riot for a month and I love them. The stay tight all the time. This is my first time using Bont and there is no regret . In addition to all, shipping to Mexico was really fast.

Foot Length Range
Be advised all measurements shown in the size charts above are listed in millimetres and refer to all current models purchased after 2015.
NEW SIZING METHOD
To find your Bont Cycling shoe size, download and print our all-new sizing page in A4 or Letter and follow the instructions exactly as listed. Mark with a straight edge your longest toe and widest part of your foot. Double check the length and width with a ruler to confirm your measurements. Be advised, this is a newly developed sizing page so please send any feedback to our team by clicking the red 'speech bubble' in the corner of the page.
To find your size, place a piece of paper on a flat surface and place it directly up against a wall. Stand on the paper and ensure you have a 1mm gap between your heel and the wall. Plant your foot firmly on the ground and slowly roll your weight forward and onto the forefoot. For the most effective longest toe measurement, your heel should lift off the ground slight. Look down and take the measurement from the wall edge of the paper to your longest toe. Record the length. With your foot still in place, mark the widest points of the inner and outer edges of your feet. Measure the width across the widest part of your foot and record the number in millimeters. Repeat this step for both feet.
Once the measurements have been taken, use the Foot Length Range on the size chart to find your size. The Last Length measurements shown on the chart are the exact length of the last that we use to build the shoes. This correlates to the precise internal measurement of the shoe.
Following selection of your size in EU or USA, move downward to select the most appropriate width. We recommend adding 1mm to find the most appropriate width. For example, you are looking at a Vaypor S and have determined your best shoe size is 45 and your feet measure 105mm (left) and 107mm (right) wide, with an additional 1mm added, you would still fit within the Standard Range. If your feet measure wide than 109/110mm (size 45/10.5) you should consider Wide fit.
NOTE: The stated size width range does not reflect the actual width of the shoe. Bont Cycling shoes are designed with structural support throughout the entire length including the forefoot and as such, the measured shoe width is designed to appropriately support the foot within the shoe. The width of the shoe will almost always be narrower than your foot which is intentional in order to provide the necessary support.
Please also keep in mind Bont Cycling shoes are designed around an anatomically correct last suitable for cycling however, this does not mean they are built in the 'bare foot' running shoe style.
