I attempted to mold the shoe in strict accordance with directions and the composite tub did not budge, at all. I needed to spread the outside of both shoes and even used a shoe spreader. Nothing. I will need to buy a different brand of shoe. Very disappointed.

Good for any ride and best shoes that I've tried so far!
The delivery experience was phenomenal, I received the shoes way quicker than I had anticipated and it was hassle-free as well. I used the provided guide to get the right size, which was 46.5 wide fit. In daily use, I mostly use crocs because of their roomy structure. Anything narrow, my feet can't take it, I don't even own a pair of sport shoes for that matter, and am a big follower of barefoot-everything. I was sceptical at first regarding size, but decided to bite the bullet thinking, "measurements can't really go wrong". I am absolutely satisfied with the shoes. I had some pain in the toe region of right foot after long hours of biking; heat molded them Bonts and the pain is completely gone now! White color looks great as well, and is easy to clean. I don't think I'm going for any other brand shoes after getting these. I literally recommend them to each cyclist I talk with. I would like to point out, however, that there is a major design flaw in placement of Boa dial and cable. When the Boa dial is used in a hurriedly manner, the cable gets caught on the outside of the corner of that fabric to which Boa dial is stitched; overtime, this will cause unnecessary wear which will also be irreparable. I would like the Boa dial brought closer to the end of fabric or corners to be made rounder (this way the cable will just slide past it while tightening).
I'm a size 14 US and my 48s fit great. Love the shoes, love the carbon plate, love the white and it cleans off easily. Couldn't be happier to race triathlon with them
Was on the fence for a while. Finally pulled on the white ones and was not disappointed. Stiff and comfortable. The wider “boat” like fit suits me really well. Haven’t even moulded mine yet and the fit is almost spot. Wish they came in half sizes. Usually wear a 43 (giro/shimano) ended up with a 44 in the bonts. Fit is a little long but maybe that’s due to the wider toe box. Will probably buy a 43 next time. Overall great shoe. Will get the Vaypor next because I like the double boa and reverse boa system. The riots are single boa and one directional dials.
My Riot+ White Ltd looks great, is very easy to clean and the fit is awesome. The shoes fit securely without having to tighten it much. My feet are pain free, blood circulation is good, no numbness, no hot spots. If anything, I would like a Boa dial that's adjustable both ways, but I'll get those on my next Bonts ;-P
This is what brought me to Bont shoes in the first place--as last that actually resembles human feet, especially mine, which ten to resemble paddles; a sole that's ridiculously thin and ridiculously stiff, that cradles the foot for stability; the same heat molding, fit, and stiffness regardless of price point. And the molding really works. Swapping insoles recently aggravated small bone spurs on my midfoot. Back into the oven they went, and back on my feet with the new insoles, and the discomfort is gone. And here's a fitting tip. Bonts run smaller than other popular brands. Measure carefully and expect to size up a little.
These are without a doubt the best cycling shoes I’ve ever had. Heat molding worked well. Sole is rigid and powerful yet shoe is very comfortable.

NEW SIZING METHOD
To find your Bont Cycling shoe size, download and print our all-new sizing page in A4 and follow the instructions exactly as listed. Mark with a straight edge your longest toe and widest part of your foot. Double check the length and width with a ruler to confirm your measurements. Be advised, this is a newly developed sizing page so please send any feedback to our team by clicking the red 'speech bubble' in the corner of the page.
To find your size, place a piece of paper on a flat surface and place it directly up against a wall. Stand on the paper and ensure you have a 1mm gap between your heel and the wall. Plant your foot firmly on the ground and slowly roll your weight forward and onto the forefoot. For the most effective longest toe measurement, your heel should lift off the ground slight. Look down and take the measurement from the wall edge of the paper to your longest toe. Record the length. With your foot still in place, mark the widest points of the inner and outer edges of your feet. Measure the width across the widest part of your foot and record the number in millimeters. Repeat this step for both feet.
Once the measurements have been taken, use the Foot Length Range on the size chart to find your size. The Last Length measurements shown on the chart are the exact length of the last that we use to build the shoes. This correlates to the precise internal measurement of the shoe.
Following selection of your size in EU or USA, move downward to select the most appropriate width. We recommend adding 1mm to find the most appropriate width. For example, you are looking at a Vaypor S and have determined your best shoe size is 45 and your feet measure 105mm (left) and 107mm (right) wide, with an additional 1mm added, you would still fit within the Standard Range. If your feet measure wide than 109/110mm (size 45/10.5) you should consider Wide fit.
NOTE: The stated size width range does not reflect the actual width of the shoe. Bont Cycling shoes are designed with structural support throughout the entire length including the forefoot and as such, the measured shoe width is designed to appropriately support the foot within the shoe. The width of the shoe will almost always be narrower than your foot which is intentional in order to provide the necessary support.
Please also keep in mind Bont Cycling shoes are designed around an anatomically correct last suitable for cycling however, this does not mean they are built in the 'bare foot' running shoe style.
