Bont Cycling shoes require additional internal length in front of your toes because of our carbon bathtub construction. Your Bont size may therefore be larger than your current cycling shoe size.
Ordering too small is the most common sizing mistake.

Check the CM / JP / MM number inside your current shoes
The CM/JP or MM number is more useful than comparing EU, US or UK sizing.
For example:
Current shoe label: CM 28 (MM 280 millimetres)
Look for 280mm internal shoe length on the Bont Cycling size chart.
If your toes currently touch the front of your shoes, do not replicate that fit. Choose additional length.

To find your Bont Cycling shoe size, download and print our sizing page in A4 or US Letter and follow the instructions exactly as listed. Stand barefoot, mark with a straight edge your longest toe and widest part of your foot. Double check the length and width with a ruler to confirm your measurements.

- Place paper against a wall
- Stand barefoot with your heel gently touching the wall.
- Put your full weight on the foot.
- Mark the end of your longest toe.
- Mark the widest points on the foot.
- Measure in millimetres
- Repeat for the other foot.
- Use the larger foot to select your size.
CHOOSE YOUR LENGTH
Example: Your feet measure 278mm in length (barefoot) so you should consider size 45/10.5 that has an internal length of 285mm.
CHOOSE YOUR WIDTH
Our width chart is a fit recommendation, not the measured internal width of the shoe.
Take your width measurement and add 2-3mm to find the most appropriate width.
Foot width is only part of fit. Foot volume, shape and existing pressure points also matter, which is why our recommendations include an allowance based on more than 20 years of fitting experience.
If you regularly experience numbness, pressure or hot spots in cycling shoes, consider Wide even if your measurement falls near the upper end of Standard.
We do not offer bare foot style shoes but rather design cycling shoes around the shape of a human foot.

Built around the same unidirectional carbon fiber base as the Vaypor SL, the Knit joins the Vaypor Series lineup in providing the very best in support while also accommodating a greater range of foot types and shapes.
The dual-dial BOA® Li2 dial-powered wrap configuration delivers a micro-adjustable, multi-directional, zonal precision fit that locks in the heel to deliver superior power transfer and energy efficiency.
Constructed using the highest quality carbon fiber from Toray of Japan, along with a lightweight, breathable and Dyneema upper built to release dirt when washed, the Vaypor Knit is our lightest Vaypor model to date while retaining our renowned energy transfer and anatomical shaping.
Built using a modified lower profile and hand-laid unidirectional carbon fiber base, the Vaypor Knit continues the ‘slide and ride’ theme with standard and wide fit options. The wide fit option also been slightly modified across the size range to accommodate slightly wider feet.
Matched with an all-new Bont Cycling x Cobra9 innersole, the Vaypor Knit can be further customised through the Vaypor Series innersoles (sold separately).
