RIOT 24: Expect 3-5 weeks for tracking to be received once your order is placed.
RIOT G: Expect 3-5 weeks for tracking to be received once your order is placed.
Vaypor SL: Expect 4-6 weeks for tracking to be received once your order is placed.
Vaypor BOA (2023), Vaypor Lace, Vaypor S, Vaypor G and Zero+: Expect up to 6-8 weeks for tracking to be received once your order is placed.
Sale, Closeout models, Apparel, Eyewear, Small Parts and Innersoles: Expect 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Tracking information is sent to the email address used to place the order.
Bont Cycling ship using FedEx, TNT, DHL, DPD, Post NL, USPS and Australia Post however, other local carrier services may be used where appropriate.
Be advised we are unable to ship to US Post Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Australian orders to a PO Box or Parcel Locker may take an additional 10 days to process on top of normal processing times. These orders can only be fulfilled using Australia Post.
Delivery times vary depending on exact location however, Bont Cycling online orders normally take anywhere from 2-14 business days to be delivered once you receive tracking.
Shipping warehouses
Bont Cycling ships orders from the nearest location to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible. Bont Cycling ships orders from the following locations:
- Europe orders ship from The Netherlands. Be advised orders to Europe may need to be transferred from our factory to The Netherlands prior to shipping to the final destination. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery on top of normal shipping times.
- UK orders ship from China and The Netherlands.
- Australia and New Zealand orders ship from Australia (Sydney) and China. Be advised some orders to regional Australia may need to be transferred from our factory to Australia prior to shipping to the final destination. In this instance, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery on top of normal shipping times.
- United States orders ship from our US warehouse (Kentfield, CA) and China.
- Rest of the world may ship from any warehouse location.
- Apparel and innersole orders are fulfilled from any warehouse.
- Closeout and sale items will be shipped from any available warehouse. Closeout models may also ship without box or packaging.
Cancel or change order
Click Contact Us at the bottom of the page and send a message with your order number and CHANGE or CANCEL in the subject line. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel the shipment. Please refer to the Returns section below for information regarding returning an item.
Returns and Exchange
Bont Cycling offer 30-day returns for refund or size exchange on any full price shoes or parts purchased from our online store at shop.bontcycling.com. Any product being returned or exchanged must be in original condition and show no signs of installation of parts or hardware. See our Returns Policy for details around product returns and refunds.
