Bont Cycling offer 30-day returns any purchase made through our online store at shop.bontcycling.com. Any product being returned must be in original condition and show no signs of installation of parts or hardware. Follow the instructions below for a fast and hassle-free return or exchange.
All full-priced product(s) are eligible for return and full refund – excluding shipping – within 30 days of being received. Return and refund of shoes from our Closeout section will incur a return handling fee of USD$15.
Once received, refunds are generally processed within five working days.
Built to order models along with narrow, wide and Asian fit shoes can be returned as per the eligibility listed below.
Double wide shoes are not available for return as per the Special Order Returns section below.
All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Cleat installation, heat molding, wear of any kind or damage to any product will deem the return ineligible for refund. Return shipping costs and insurance must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately Bont Cycling is unable to accept liability for any damaged, unclaimed, lost or delayed return products.
At Bont Cycling, we have done everything possible to ensure your size selection is the right one. We understand however, that even with our size wizard and size chart, it's not always possible to determine the best fit without trying them on. So, that's why we give you 30 days from receipt to refund your shoes so you can order a different size or color.
In order to return an item, please download the order PDF from your original order confirmation, print and include with your returned shoes to the address as listed. No return number is needed in order for your refund to be processed. The most important part is to ensure our return team know your order number along with the name used to make the original purchase. Without those two things, your refund may be delayed.
US and North America returns for orders purchased through Bont Cycling online should be sent back to our returns centre located Milpitas, California. This information will be found in your order/returns PDF supplied with your original order confirmation.

- Your order number or first and last name used to make the purchase.
- Original shipping address including full name of recipient, email and contact phone number.
- Reason for return. Please include details around any issues experienced with the product and where possible, provide photos with clear labelling of issues found.
A representative from Bont Cycling will contact you within 2-3 working days with details on the nearest location for return products.
All products(s) purchased from a retailer or online stockist should be returned to the same retailer or online stockist for refund and or/exchange. Please be advised Bont Cycling cannot process returns purchased outside shop.bontcycling.com.
Return and refund of shoes from our Closeout section will incur a return handling fee of USD$15.
As per our returns policy, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any Closeout or sale item goods to the nearest warehouse in addition to shipment of replacement product(s). Please be advised we recommend you take up insurance when returning any products as Bont Cycling cannot be held responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged or delayed items.
Once received, checked and processed, refunds are generally provided within five working days.
Special Order Returns
Please be advised special size request (double wide, double wide Asian fit, flat sole etc), semi and full-custom items are not eligible for return or exchange. Special size request, semi and full-custom shoes are made to order and cannot be returned into normal Bont Cycling stock.
